When should I RSVP by?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Please let us know if you’ll be attending by August 2nd so we can finalize all the details. You can RSVP using the link on our wedding website—it’s located on the right-hand side of the navigation bar or by scrolling to the bottom of our main page.

What should I wear?

We’re asking for cocktail attire! Think suits or dress shirts with ties, cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or a formal jumpsuit.

When should I get there?

To ensure a smooth start, we kindly recommend arriving approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will give you ample time to find parking and settle in before the festivities begin.

Is parking available?

Our venue is located in downtown Boulder, and parking can be a bit tricky to find. We recommend carpooling or using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft to make your trip smoother and stress-free!

For those driving to the venue, valet parking is available at the hotel for $4 per hour or $30 per night. Additionally, street parking and downtown garages are available for about $2.75 an hour from 9am - 7pm. There are a few garages within walking distance.

We recommend considering a stay at the hotel to fully enjoy the celebration without the stress of traveling after the event. Staying on-site offers a relaxing end to the evening, allowing you to make the most of the occasion and extend the fun. Are children invited?

Yes, kids are invited! That said, if your tiny guest isn’t quite ready for a quiet 20-minute sit-down (we totally understand!), we trust you to decide what’s best for your family. We just ask that children attending the ceremony can sit through it calmly so everyone can enjoy the moment.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

If you have any allergies or dietary needs, please let us know when you RSVP or reach out to us directly. We want everyone to enjoy the meal comfortably and safely, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
